Railroad Tie Wall Replacement
Before-and-after transformation of a failing railroad tie wall and step system, replaced with a durable segmented retaining wall block system for improved stability, safety, and longevity.

Back Yard Renovation
We got this back yard back alive & functional over the past 2 weeks. Cleaned out a sink hole thrash pit (actually from the adjacent property), corrected the poor drainage with a series of drain boxes & gutters piped, irrigated & installed Meyers Zoysia.

Major drainage work connecting the house down spouts with a series of 4" and 6" drain lines into a catch basin and 10" drain pipe in the yard depositing all the water into the lake. We also added concrete patio & walkways.

New Home and Properties Landscaping
One month and 12" inches of rain later we finally wrapped up this beautiful new custom home and properties landscaping. This projected consisted of 24,000 sq ft of grading and grass, 8 zone #irrigation system, 500' feet of downspout drain lines and foundation plantings.

Rescue Mission
Stabilizing a one-year-old home at risk of slope failure with over 1,000 square feet of retaining walls, 20 loads of backfill, storm drainage, and new grass to secure the hillside.

Dealing with a Sink Hole
Cleaning out this massive sinkhole the right way. We pulled out 30-40 tree stumps, 30 yards of decayed construction debris and vegetation. This sink hole required (5) dump truck loads of dirt to be hauled in one bucket at a time due to difficult accessibility.

Before, after & during sink/thrash hole clean out. Had to remove retaining wall & driveway to dig out thrash. The rebuild retaining wall & re pour driveway.
Sink / Trash Hole Clean Out
Before, during, and after photos of a sinkhole debris removal project. The scope required disconnecting power service and removing sections of the driveway to safely extract debris and properly restore the site.
20-Foot Deep Sinkhole & Debris Removal
We safely cleaned, repaired, and restored a 20-foot-deep sinkhole filled with debris. The project involved removing eight dumpsters of trees and stumps, importing sixteen loads of backfill, transplanting a mature 20-foot Japanese maple, and repouring multiple sections of the driveway to return the area to a stable, finished condition.
